Everyone joins in January and by March the room is half empty
Ads spread across the whole year, a page that explains the first class and an assistant that answers straight away and books it.
What we hear again and again
January fills the room and March empties it. The rest of the year you have to go out and find people, and nobody has time for that.
They ask the price of the membership, it sounds dear before they have tried anything, and they leave without ever setting foot inside.
You give away the trial class and half of them don't turn up, with the room booked and the instructor waiting.
What we do
How we set it up for you
Ads spread out, not piled into January
We split the Meta and Google campaigns by what you offer: gym floor, classes, personal training, pilates or nutrition. And we spread the weight across the year, so September and May aren't left out in the cold.
A page that sells the first class, not the membership
We build and host a page focused on the thing that actually convinces people: trying it. What the first class is, how long it lasts, what to bring, whether they need to book. The membership gets explained afterwards, once they have been in.
An assistant that books the trial and remembers it
It answers in seconds from your number, at any hour and in nine languages. It asks what they are after, their level and what times fit, and books the trial class in a slot that really exists.
Reports on what it costs to get someone through the door
Spend on both platforms, messages received and trials booked, on one screen. That cost per trial is the number that decides whether the campaign is worth it.

Questions you ask us
Can you advertise personal training and classes separately?
Yes. They are different campaigns with different budgets, because the audience and the price have nothing to do with each other.
Does the assistant handle sign-ups and membership payments?
No. It answers, clears up questions and books the trial class. Sign-up and payment stay with you, as always.
We have several sites around the city.
Each campaign can be aimed at the area around each site, and the assistant asks which one is easier for them to get to.
