You give ten quotes to win one, and all ten cost you an afternoon
Ads aimed at real jobs, a page that shows how you work and an assistant that asks the usual questions before you drive out to measure up.
What we hear again and again
You go out to measure up, lose the afternoon, send the quote and never hear back. And that happens nine times out of ten.
People write asking the price of a whole renovation without saying the size, the town or the timing, and getting that out of them takes four messages.
Plenty of people only ask so they can compare you against a quote they have already decided on with somebody else.
What we do
How we set it up for you
Ads by type of job and by area
On Google we pick up whoever is searching for a bathroom, a kitchen or a whole flat in your area, which is where the real work is. On Meta we show finished jobs to property owners nearby. Each type of job gets its own campaign, because they aren't worth the same.
A page that shows how you work
We build and host a page with finished jobs, how the process goes, what one of your quotes includes and how long you usually take to deliver. That separates the people looking for someone serious from the people looking for the lowest price.
An assistant that asks before you drive out to measure up
It answers in seconds from your number. It asks what the job is, where, roughly what size, whether the flat is lived in and when they want it done. With that you decide whether it is worth going out to see it.
Reports on what each visit costs
Spend on both platforms, messages received and visits arranged. In renovations the number that matters isn't how many people write, but how many real visits come out of it and what each one costs.

Questions you ask us
Is the assistant going to quote prices for jobs?
No, and that is the point. It takes the details and passes them to you. The price of a job isn't given over WhatsApp without seeing anything.
I only work in two or three towns.
The ads are aimed at those areas and the assistant asks for the address before arranging anything.
Is this any use for small jobs or only for full renovations?
It works for both, but they get advertised separately. Putting them in the same campaign lets the small jobs eat the budget.
