From the app: the chat with your account manager is on the home screen. It is the fastest route, and we already know who you are.

If you have a problem with the app

Tell us which phone you use and what happened just before. A screenshot saves us half the journey.

Accounts and billing

To cancel a subscription taken out through Google Play or the App Store, go to your account with that store: cancellation is done there.

To delete your account, the instructions are on the account deletion page.
